The following terms and conditions apply to AZUL SELVA website. Please be sure you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order with us.

Order Placement Guideline

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please make sure to provide your email address when placing your order if not you will not receive your order confirmation via email. Once an order has been submitted changes to ship to address cannot be accommodated. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

By purchasing with us, you certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s ordered. Once your payment method has been charged, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Please be aware, shipping during holidays and special events could incur in a delay of your order

About Our Goods

We make every effort to ensure that the information and pricing of all our products display is correct. Our goal is always to provide transparency in our products. Please be aware that in some cases browser softwares can provide variations in colors displayed on our website, we cannot accept responsibility in this case.


Return Policy – US Domestic Orders

We ship through DHL Express and USPS.We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. A $15.00 return fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment. To request a return authorization, email sales@azulselva.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by our team.

International Return Policy

We ship globally through DHL Express. Please be advised that your package may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and any other fees imposed when the package arrives to your destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying custom clearance fees on receipt of the package. In some cases additional documentation is required, please make sure to respond timely in order for your package to arrive without delays. All sales are final, we do not accept at the time returns for international shipments.


Domestic/International Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. Azul Selva is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Azul Selva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
